Q. What do your poppies look like?
A. All the pictures on the website are reflective of our current stock. What you see is what you get.

Q. Where do you ship to?
A.As it is currently legal to ship our products almost everywhere, we are able to ship just about everywhere. For overseas credit card orders, we can only ship to the billing address of the card holder. For more information on our guaranteed shipping visit our Shipping & Payments page.

Q. How do I pay for my Poppy pods or Poppy Seeds?
A.We accept credit cards, cash, money orders, checks and cashiers checks. If sending a money order please send via registered mail so that it is insured and delivery can be confirmed. We can not be held responsible for cash orders that are lost in the mail, so please, use check or money order. For more details visit our Shipping & Payments page.

Q. It doesn't accept my credit card. How do I order with my credit card ?
A.From time to time some of our customers experience difficulty in purchasing through the VeriSign Secure Gateway service. For full instructions on how to order through this service, simply visit our Shipping & Payments page. If you are still having problems please contact us via and we will be happy to arrange alternate payment options.

Q. Is your site secure?
A. Yes it is. We use VeriSign Secure Payment Gateway service. You are directed to the www.VeriSign.com site to complete you transaction safely. By conducting our transactions in this manner you are assured to be protected from anyone else seeing your personal or credit information.

Q. Can I order by phone?
A. Yes you can. You may call us Toll Free at and we will be happy to assist you with placing your order.

Q. If I send a money order, how will I know my order made it to you?
A. We suggest sending your order using a method which provides you with a tracking number. We receive very few reports of orders actually becoming lost, although we do get some orders which take an unusually long time to arrive. If you send through UPS or Fed-Ex Worldwide, you can track your package online. Upon receipt and processing of your order, we send an order confirmation by email, which includes your order tracking number.

Q. Can you ship me a free sample?
A. For a short period of time in the past were sending out samples, but do to the large amount of advertising we do, the number of requests we were receiving was enormous. Because these requests were preventing us from delivering timely shipping of the paid orders we were getting, we no longer ship free samples. Even better than a free sample from another company, which could be misleading to what you would get if you ordered: If you order a box of our poppies and are not 100% percent satisfied with their arrangement quality, you can return them to us and we will refund your purchase.

Q. What is your best product?
A. We do not typically recommend any one product over another. Some customers like some of our products while other like different ones. Most of our customers order one of each and pick the one the like best. We do not offer any poppy pods or poppy pods for sale until we have thoroughly examined to insure a high quality product.

Q. How will the charge show up on my credit card statement?
A. It will show up in US dollars as "Poppies International".

Q. How is my order shipped?
A. All items are shipped in plain brown boxes and envelopes. We mail all orders via UPS shipping through which we guarantee delivery to all states and countries.

Q. Are you affiliated with any law enforcement agency?
A. Strangely, we do get asked this. The answer is, No we are not. We are a farming and distribution company that takes great pride in growing and selling the best available poppies and poppy seeds. Our company sells many products around the world including poppies and poppy seeds.

Q. Is selling poppies legal?
A. Yes, doing what we do is legal. What YOU do with your purchase defines legality. We only sell dried flowers for use in flower decorating and flower arangments. They are beautiful flowers and should be enjoyed. You are legally allowed to order, and receive and utilize dried poppies.

Q. What countries do you ship to?
A. We ship to every country.

Q. What if I am not happy with my order?
A. We do what it takes to make you happy and keep your business. We will either give you a credit or refund your order. However for inventory tracking purposes, no exchanges will be accepted without a return authorization number. Please call or email our staff, and we would be glad to issue this number. Q. How long does it take to receive an order?
A. As we ship all orders via UPS, it generally it takes about five business days. Money orders take the same amount of time, starting from when we receive the order.

Q. How long does it take for you to ship?
A. If you place your order before 1pm PST we ship same day otherwise we ship the next day.
